In the wake of the current pandemic situation, prioritising one’s health has become more important than ever. This situation has made us all sit back and think about the helplessness of humans in the face of health emergencies. All the technology, AI and money of the world could not make humans immune to the attack of deadly viruses. So, what are we running after, if in the end health is the only thing that matters and the only thing that we desperately want to achieve, then why not work for it all through life instead of sidelining it?
This situation has made us all realise the importance of strong immunity and good health.

What is immunity?
Immunity is loosely termed as the body’s ability to resist a particular infection or toxin by the action of specific antibodies.

We always urge people to prioritise their physical and mental wellbeing over everything else and for that purpose we organise free campaigns, in order to educate people about the benefits of strong immunity and a healthy body.

Since the start of this pandemic situation, we have started a campaign called Bring Back Immunity. The purpose of this campaign is to educate people about the importance of strong immunity and help them achieve it with the help of yoga.

Details about the campaign will be updated on the Kranti app. Kranti App is available on the Google Play Store. Download the app, search Mrityunjay Yoga, and go to its page. Campaign link will be posted on Mrityunjay Yoga’s page, all you need to do is go to the link, register yourself for #bringbackimmunity campaign. Every registrant will get a free face mask.

By registering for this campaign you become eligible to attend our live classes for free.
The campaign is free however, anyone willing to donate some amount to expand the campaign further they can do so.
This campaign is for public awareness and to educate people about health and immunity and in this situation it is all of our prerogatives to do our bit for society. Share it as much as you can, you might be helping someone’s life through it.
